I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been invited by Earle Holmes, Head of Public Relations at AFDA, to be a guest speaker at two upcoming events at AFDA in Port Elizabeth next week.
I first met Earle at the AFDA stall during Fame Week in Cape Town earlier this year. From the moment we connected, he immediately asked for my contact details and expressed an interest in booking me as a speaker. It’s such an honour to now see this invitation become a reality.
Through Simon Pienaar, Dean of AFDA Port Elizabeth, I’ve officially been invited to take part in two very special occasions:
- 🎤 Thursday evening: Speaking at the Alumni Event
- 🎥 Saturday morning: Speaking at the Open Day
I’m looking forward to engaging with AFDA students, alumni, and prospective filmmakers, sharing my journey and passion for storytelling, and hopefully inspiring the next generation of South African creatives.
