In October, I had the privilege of delivering a motivational talk at an ATKV function in George. The event was filled with heartfelt conversations, meaningful connections, and a beautiful spirit of community.
After my talk, I met Roger from Eden FM, one of the local radio presenters. We struck up a conversation, and he invited me to join him for an interview about my school experiences and some of the lessons I’ve learned along the way. Of course, I said yes!

Roger and I sat down for a 20-minute interview, where we spoke openly about:
- My journey through school
- The challenges I faced
- What shaped me during those years
The interview was broadcast on Wednesday, 3 December, to listeners across George and the surrounding Eden District. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to share my story and hopefully encourage others on their own journeys.
For anyone who missed it, I’ve uploaded the full interview to my YouTube channel.
Thank you to the ATKV for inviting me to speak, and to Roger and the Eden FM team for the warm welcome. Moments like these remind me why I share my story: because stories build bridges.
